Where is your work sold?

My work is sold exclusively through my website and in my studio shop in Calgary, Alberta.

I do not do markets; I do not have work in consignment shops anymore.

My studio is off of Blackfoot Trail SE about 5 minutes away Chinook Centre.

The address is 5631 Burbank RD SE, Calgary, Alberta Canada.

Do you ship?

Items will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of the order date.

Shipping in Canada & the US is $16 Flat Rate.

$40 Flatrate for International Orders.

Shipping within Canada is handled via Canada Post - Expedited Service or Stallion Express. Shipping time will vary depending on your region and estimated between 2 - 7 business days.

Shipping to the United States is done via Canada Post/USPC. Shipping time is typically 4-7 business days.

How to do I care for my ceramic pieces?

My handmade ceramic pieces are fired to 2300f, which makes them dishwasher and microwave safe. Do not use abrasives when washing pottery. But hand washing will help you keep your pieces looking new, longer.

Starfishly Clay Works cannot be held accountable for any future breaks due to the fragile nature of handmade pottery.

What if you are sold out?

Since all items are handmade and made in small batches, I do sell out quickly sometimes. Feel free to contact me about any pieces you have seen of mine on my IG/website.

Please also make a pre-order for items. Pre-orders are so helpful, it prevents me from making inventory that nobody wants which saves me time in the pottery studio and is better for the environment. All that is required is some patience!

When do you release new work?

Where do I pick up in Calgary?

My studio is off of Blackfoot Trail SE about 5 minutes away from Deerfoot Meadows or Chinook Centre. The address is 5631 Burbank RD SE. I’m in a building that belongs to my family.

If you see a sign that says Can Fung Foods/ Great Meats. You are at the right place.

Do you do Custom Orders

Yes!!! I love making custom orders. Please visit Custom Orders Page for more information and for past work I’ve made for clients. I’ve worked with corporate clients, small businesses and clients for their private collections.

Custom orders can take 6-10 weeks to complete.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

All sales are considered final. No returns or refunds accepted.

Due to the nature of hand made ceramics, no two pieces will ever be identical and variations in size, shape and colour will naturally occur.

If an item should arrive damaged due to shipping, a photo must be taken and emailed to within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will work together to either provide a replacement or issue a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
